What if I want to change my delivery time?

Just text or call us at 1 (833) 626 – 2658 before your delivery window and we’ll do our best to adjust it.

What areas do you serve?

We currently serve all of Alabama and the greater Alabama area, to a maximum of 300 miles from Mobile. If you do need something collected or delivered from outside the indicated area, please contact customer support for immediate assistance.

What are your operating hours?

We are open from 7:00am to 4:00pm every week day for your deliveries.

Is My information safe?

We take our customers’ security very seriously. We use secure payment providers – this means that we do not have direct access to your card details. We also have a similar level of security with regards to your personal information as it’s secured and stored on PCI compliant servers on Google’s Cloud Platform.

What do I do if a package arrives damaged?

To give you better service when you call BoltTransport.com about damaged packages, please make sure to document damaged package with the carrier before accepting delivery.

All packages are insured, but if damage occurs and it is not documented on delivery, the carrier has the ability to deny the claim.

BoltTransport.com is not responsible for damaged freight.

Once you document the damage with the carrier, contact BoltTransport’s customer service toll free at 1 (833) 626 – 2658 Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and we’ll process your claim.

How can I get a rate quote?

What will happen if I am not at home?

In the event that your item has been sent on a service that requires a signature at the specified delivery address and there is no-one at home, the driver will leave a calling card. Where the sender of your parcel has provided your mobile number or email address, we will send you a notification confirming this.

The card and notification will direct you to Bolt Transport customer support representative who will give you the following options.

This will include one or more of the following options:

  • Leave in a safe place
  • Leave with a neighbor
  • Change delivery day

Can you notify me when my driver is about to deliver?

On the day of delivery you are able to request to receive a notification when the driver is one stop away, typically 5-15 minutes before the delivery.

This is available with a special request when ordering the deliver.
